My name is Bradley Hacker, and I was born on a dairy farm in Arizona. As one of nine siblings, it was difficult to have something of your own. When I was five, my father brought me home a lemon lime steel tube frame mini bike with a 3 horsepower lawnmower engine. It was the coolest thing I had ever seen. You couldn't keep me off that bike. I would ride through the desert from sun up to sun down. Eventually, I grew to big for the little tired mini bike, but luckily, the up side to having eight brothers and sisters is hand-me-downs. My brother got a new RM 125 so, I inherited his KX85. I couldn’t believe how fast that bike was. I loved everything about it from the smell of the fumes of the gas to the sound of revving the engine. My favorite childhood riding memory by far was waking up Saturday morning to go riding with my brothers.
When I turned 21 I got my first street bike. In honor of my first dirt bike I got a Kawasaki Green 2006 ZX-636. So many great memories were made on that bike. Big group rides, carving up Mt. Lemmon in Tucson and day trips to Sonoita and Tombstone made up most of my first year of street riding. The only time my truck would leave the driveway was when it was raining. I loved that first year so much that I went to my local motorcycle dealer where my brother was the Parts Manager and applied for a job selling motorcycles and ATV’s.
Over the years, I have owned many different toys. Everything from a Yamaha Raptor 660 to a Victory Highball. Incredible journeys with amazing machines I will forever be grateful for but, the time spent and memories made with my friends and family is priceless to me.
My wife and I moved to San Diego in August of 2019. I am proud to say I married a bombshell motorcycle chick. She is the Parts & Service Manager at Indian Motorcycle San Diego and I work as the General Sales Manager at RideNow SoCal. We love what we do and are very happy to have a home here in sunny California sharing our passion for all things moto with our customers.
